Corporate strategy documents for Feoda — the directional, board-level statements that govern how the company operates and evolves.

Scope¶
This folder contains company-wide strategic direction — the "why" and "what" at the highest level. It does not contain:
- Policies — operational rules derived from strategy → live in
company/policies/ - Procedures — step-by-step how-to documentation → live in
company/processes/ - Action plans — time-bound execution plans → live in
company/strategy/action-plans/(created as needed)
Authoring Rules¶
Strategy documents are owned by the executive team and follow a stricter governance model than other documentation:
- Drafted or updated only with executive approval
- Reviewed quarterly at minimum
- Major revisions logged in CHANGELOG.md and announced company-wide
- Each strategy document explicitly lists the policies, procedures, and action plans that derive from it
